Egg Donation

Selecting an egg donor is a significant and emotional decision in the path to parenthood. It’s vital to ensure that your baby has the best possible start, which often means carefully choosing a donor who meets your personal preferences and requirements. Many prospective parents focus on aspects such as the donor’s previous donation experience, level of education, appearance, ethnicity, and age.

To make this process smoother, Point Medical Center provides access to a database with a wide selection of egg donors. The private profiles include all the necessary information about each donor. After receiving access to the database, you will have the opportunity to find the best candidate that suits your preferences.

Once you have chosen a donor, the required screening process begins. The tests include Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH), blood type and rhesus factor, as well as screenings for hepatitis B and C, HIV, and cytomegalovirus. Additional tests can also be provided if needed.

With careful consideration and ongoing support, Point Medical Center will help you take the next step toward building a complete and fulfilled family.
